About The Position

CBI Home Health supports people at home and in the community. We are one of Canada’s leading specialized community services, home and integrated care providers, operating in more than 800 communities across the country. Requirements

Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing
Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
Proof of negative TB test and professional liability insurance
Ability to travel from home to home within the community - a valid driver's license, vehicle and car insurance is required for this role
Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Nice To Haves

Ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset

Responsibilities

As a nurse (RN/ RPN) at CBI Home Health, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that uses an integrated and collaborative approach to service delivery.
