Ryan Consulting Group, Inc. is continuously connecting with Colorado based Network Technicians and Senior Network Technicians holding an Active DoD Secret Clearance with interest in future opportunities that support secure enterprise network environments. Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• 3+ years of networking experience
• Experience in enterprise infrastructure environments
• ServiceNow or ITSM ticketing environments

Nice To Haves

• CCNA, CCENT, or related networking certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Physical infrastructure support
• Troubleshooting
• Incident response
• Customer-facing technical support

• Switch/router support
• Cable patching, port activation, and closet work
• Layer 1–3 testing and diagnostics
