Leidos is seeking a Data Scientist to join their Advanced Sensors Protective Technologies team within the Airworthiness Test and Evaluation group in Huntsville, Alabama. The role functions within the Program Management Office Aircraft Survivability Equipment (PMO ASE) to support Product Offices by applying scientific theory, experimental design, and engineering principles to the test and evaluation mission for Aircraft Survivability Equipment. Responsibilities include cost estimating, test planning and execution, data acquisition, data analysis, and reporting for test projects. The individual will collaborate with software and system test resources, perform test analysis, system integration, analyze user feedback, and provide solutions to issues identified during testing to support the fielding of ASE. Experience in data analytics, statistical analysis, software development, or engineering, especially in military or aviation contexts, is typically required. Experience with aviation systems test and evaluation is a significant asset.
