About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Requirements
- Current, valid LPN or RN license in the state of Michigan
- CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- ACLS preferred for RNs
- Prior experience in [hospital, long-term care, clinic, etc.] preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plans
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
