This position is for the Multi-Specialty Clinic. RN will work on a team of 3 RNs to triage incoming messages to address patient needs, schedule testing, provide in clinic care and access/flush ports and PICCs. Triage experience preferred.
Requirements
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN)
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment and supplies.
- Requires ability to coordinate a number of functions for a group of patients in an effective timely manner.
- Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Two years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
- Triage experience preferred.
