About The Position
This is a full-time Registered Nurse position in the GI/Pulmonary Lab at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care for adult patients undergoing a wide range of endoscopic procedures, including preventative screening and diagnostic colonoscopies, EGDs, ERCP, Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS), and bronchoscopies. The team is collaborative, friendly, caring, and supportive, consisting of experienced nurses and GI Technicians.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- 2 Years of Med/Surg, ICU, ED or 1 year perioperative nursing experience. Nurse Extern time excluded from Nursing experience.

- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
- Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills.
- Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
