This is a private duty Registered Nurse (RN) position in Warsaw, IN, offering a set, predictable schedule of 3 days a week with full-time hours, allowing for a focus on one patient without overloaded assignments or chaos. The role emphasizes 1:1 care, lower stress compared to hospital or facility roles, strong clinical support, and real work-life balance with 4 days off each week.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- 1+ year nursing experience
- Comfortable working independently
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to assist with patient mobility, up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in the home
- Follow and adjust the plan of care
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Communicate with physician and care team
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
