Join our Primary Care Clinic in Upland, Indiana, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to both the local community and students through our unique partnership with Taylor University. In this Registered Nurse - Primary Care Ambulatory role, you’ll build meaningful relationships with patients while providing triage support for phone calls and walk-in visits, administering allergy injections, coordinating medication refills, delivering patient education, and supporting preventive and chronic disease management. Working alongside a collaborative team of four providers, including two physicians and two APPs, you’ll enjoy a stable Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with no routine travel required beyond initial training. Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of RN experience
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN)
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may be made for candidates with over two years of relevant clinical experience, subject to CNO approval)
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
  • Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN)
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
  • May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
