About The Position
Join Indiana University Health's Morgan Primary Care Clinic, a collaborative outpatient practice focused on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care through preventive services, chronic disease management, and coordinated treatment plans. In this 32-hour-per-week onsite role, the RN provides direct patient care, supports nurse visits, assists with in-office procedures and treatments, enters provider-directed orders, and delivers patient education and follow-up care. Responsibilities also include managing nurse visit schedules, completing prior authorizations, and monitoring high-priority provider inbox messages to ensure timely patient care. Requirements
- Minimum of one year of RN experience
- Associates of Nursing (ASN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may apply with >2 years of relevant clinical experience, subject to CNO approval)
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
- Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors of Nursing (BSN)
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
- May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
