About The Position

Join IU Health’s Primary Care Clinic, where RNs are integral to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient setting alongside a team of six dedicated providers. You’ll build long-term relationships with patients while supporting preventive care and chronic disease management in a role that offers clinical variety and meaningful impact. Enjoy a predictable Monday–Friday schedule aligned with clinic hours of 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, designed to support strong work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of RN experience.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN).
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to coordinate a number of functions for a group of patients in an effective timely manner.
  • Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Two years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
  • Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
