Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Clinical Nurse IV (CNIV) for their Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Transport team. This role involves providing expert clinical care to infants, children, and adolescents recovering from major surgeries or requiring therapy for serious illnesses. The PICU is a 12-bed unit that serves as a core for designating Cedars-Sinai as a Pediatric Critical Care Center. The CNIV will demonstrate a high level of knowledge and competence in nursing practice, including patient care delivery, staff education, research, and collaboration. This position requires managing complex patient care situations and acting as a nursing shift leader. The CNIV will also serve as a clinical and operational resource to advance nursing practice within the unit, organization, and community.
