Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between administration, physicians, and managed care partners.
• Direct treatment efforts while championing quality improvement and staff education.
• Compile metrics and track outcomes to drive high-level process improvements.
• Manage specialized referrals and follow-up care for uninsured and under-insured populations.
• Foster vital relationships with community organizations to extend the continuum of care.
