About The Position

The Patient Care Supervisor (PCS) is accountable for the coordination of patient care across the continuum of services. They supervise all nursing staff and daily clinical and administrative functions, including coordination of patient admissions, staffing management, and providing 24/7 medical center leadership and supervision in the absence of departmental and administrative leadership. The PCS promotes professional and collaborative relationships among the nursing personnel, medical staff, administrative staff, and patients and families.
