About The Position

The PACU Main Department at Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN, Days position. This role is crucial in providing patient-centered care in a fast-paced and rewarding surgical recovery setting. The department is known for its exceptional teamwork, supportive work environment, and focus on quality outcomes and service excellence. Requirements

• Nursing Diploma required or Associate’s Degree of Nursing required
• RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required
• BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire
• PALS – Pediatric Advance Life Support within 90 days of hire
• CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 90 days required
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse required
• A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree of Nursing preferred
• Critical care experience preferred
