About The Position

Part and Full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus — apply today to learn more! We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role. This RN position is an onsite role primarily located at Riley Downtown, with additional coverage at our Carmel location (IU Health North). Duties include but not limited to, casting, suture and staple removal, wound checks, DME/bracing placement, and office-based bracing procedures. Our practice currently operates across two primary locations, with a third opening in Fishers in July 2026, and also provides outreach services in Avon and Fort Wayne. The care team consists of Athletic Trainers, RNs, MAs, Cast Technicians, 7 operative physicians, 1 non‑operative sports medicine physician, and 8 physician assistants. Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of RN experience
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN)
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).)
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
  • Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN)
  • 3–5 years of nursing experience in an ambulatory or orthopedic setting
