Join our academic pediatric primary care clinic, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at 1002 Wishard Blvd., Suite 2001. This onsite role provides triage and direct patient care, including assessing sick patients, managing medication refills, administering vaccines, performing clinical procedures, and supporting daily clinic operations. No weekends or travel are required, with only select minor holidays observed. Work alongside more than 30 resident physicians while caring for a diverse and medically complex pediatric population.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of RN experience
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN)
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may be made for candidates with more than two years of relevant clinical experience, subject to CNO approval)
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
  • Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
  • May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
