About The Position

We are seeking an RN to support our Riley Pediatrics primary care team. This role focuses on clinical support, triage, and medication refill management across multiple pediatric pools. The RN will primarily support our Allisonville, East, and South pediatric locations while working remotely after onsite onboarding. This is a Monday through Friday position with hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, depending on lunch schedule), with no weekends or holidays required. We are seeking an experienced RN, with pediatric experience preferred. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional care to pediatric patients and collaborating with a dynamic, team-oriented practice dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of RN experience
Associates of Nursing (ASN)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may be made for candidates with >2 years of experience, subject to CNO approval)
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse
May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
