We are seeking a full-time RN to support the Pulmonary office located in Fishers, IN. The RN will provide triage support for IU Fishers Pulmonologists and remote support for the Methodist Pulmonary team, with responsibilities including managing sick calls, processing medication refills, coordinating DME orders, and completing prior authorizations. Our clinic fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where providers trust and value your clinical judgment and input. This position offers the opportunity to work from home several days per week and does not require weekends or holidays.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of RN experience
- Associates of Nursing (ASN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may be made for candidates with more than two years of relevant clinical experience, subject to CNO approval)
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
- Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
- May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
