About The Position
This opportunity is to join an expanding Pulmonary/Critical Care practice in North Central West Virginia, offering a significant impact on patients' lives within one of the state’s most livable communities. UHC Pulmonology is a robust practice located within the multidisciplinary UHC Lung Center, which also houses thoracic surgery and sleep medicine. The position is based at a non-profit, 300+ bed modern hospital facility, with the clinic adjacent to the hospital. The role involves working in a 20-bed open ICU with hospitalist coverage and a strong respiratory therapy department. UHC is a member of WVU Medicine, West Virginia’s premier provider of advanced specialty care and the state’s only academic medical center, comprising twenty-five hospitals, five institutes, and many affiliates.
Requirements
- Completed fellowship training in an accredited pulmonary and critical care medicine program
