About The Position

The Otolaryngology (ENT) Clinic at Emplify Health by Gundersen is expanding and seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team on the La Crosse campus. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a newly renovated clinic space while providing specialized care to patients in a collaborative outpatient setting. Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
• Current RN licensure in Wisconsin upon hire
• One year of RN experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Previous surgical care, telephone triage, and Epic experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead with love while caring for patients with a variety of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.
• Perform telephone triage, nurse visits, wound care, dressing changes, patient education, and care coordination.
• Assist providers with in-office procedures and support patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice clinicians, medical assistants, and fellow nurses to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients through a predominantly in-person care model.
• Provide occasional coverage in Onalaska, as needed.
