About The Position
Responsible for assessing patient needs, providing patient education, and assisting physicians in the office setting. The role also includes assisting the operating surgeon during surgical procedures and collaborating with physicians on efficient use of operating room suites.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing.
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license.
- BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Assess and plan patient care needs.
- Assist physicians in the office setting.
- Set up, stock, and clean patient rooms as needed.
- Assist the operating surgeon during surgical procedures as a First Assist.
- Collaborate with physicians in the efficient use of operating room suites as a First Assist.
