About The Position
Special Tree Rehabilitation System is a national leader in neuro-rehabilitation, helping patients recover from brain and spinal cord injuries on our serene 23-acre campus. Celebrating 50 years, we are proud to be Michigan’s first and leading provider in this field. This is a full-time night shift position from 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM.
Requirements
- Current Michigan Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient care
Nice To Haves
- Experience in rehabilitation, subacute, or long-term care preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer and document treatments and medications
- Assess and monitor client health status
- Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team
- Provide triage support and guidance to staff
- Support quality improvement in rehabilitation care
