About The Position
Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC) is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their dedicated clinical team in Green Forest, AR. This role involves providing quality care, supporting patients, and being a vital part of a healthcare team. The nurse will work alongside healthcare providers to deliver primary care services, direct patient care, and perform designated independent procedures within the scope of practice defined by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing, aiming to improve the health and well-being of the community.
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of Arkansas
- Current CPR certification
- Compassion, attention to detail, and excellent patient care skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient care and clinical procedures
- Provide limited direct patient services, including assessments and interventions
- Perform independent procedures as allowed under Arkansas nursing scope of practice
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth, efficient, and compassionate care
