As a night shift nurse, you'll collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care while building strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. JOB SUMMARY: Provides comprehensive nursing care through the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within the Registered Nurse scope of practice. Delivers safe, compassionate, evidence-based care while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Demonstrates the knowledge and clinical judgment necessary to care for patients across the lifespan by assessing patient needs, recognizing changes in condition, developing individualized plans of care, educating patients and families, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
