About The Position
SCA Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room at Oregon Outpatient Surgery Center. The nurse assesses patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care, develops individualized perioperative plans of care, and works as part of a multidisciplinary team to plan patient care. The role supports SCA Health’s mission, vision, and values. The listed pay range is USD $45.00 to $56.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current state nursing licensure in good standing.
- Complete Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of employment or provide documentation of current BLS certification.
- Complete Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of employment or provide documentation of current ACLS certification.
- Complete Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) when pediatric care is included in the facility’s scope of services, within 90 days of employment, or provide documentation of current PALS certification.
Nice To Haves
- One year of operating room and/or medical-surgical nursing experience.
- Specialty certification in Perioperative Nursing.
Responsibilities

- Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care.
