About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to work collaboratively with a great team in a 24-bed unit that offers both Med/Surg and Progressive Level care, making it unique from other Oncology units due to its hybrid acuity.
Requirements
- Graduate of an NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Related Inpatient RN experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Self-directed.
Nice To Haves
- 6-9 months of training will be required for applicants without an Oncology background.
- EPIC experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a great team in a 24-bed unit providing both Med/Surg and Progressive Level care.
- Demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of Community Health Network.
- Demonstrate skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources.
