Requirements

Oklahoma RN license
2-year associate degree
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care

Nice To Haves

Chemo certification within one year of employment

Responsibilities

Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, be able to assess data reflecting the patient’s status, and interpret the information needed to identify each patient’s requirements.
Plan for the provision of patient care, including the development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care as described in Patient Care policies and procedures.
Adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
