This role supports four providers in a collaborative oncology clinic by coordinating care, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. This role does not involve direct patient care.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree Nursing/Patient Care
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
- Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service and communication to patients, families, providers, and internal and external customers
- Coordinate patient care activities, including prior authorizations, referrals, medication refills, and communication between patients, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, medications, procedures, treatment plans, and chronic disease management
- Utilize strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills to support providers and ensure continuity of care in a compassionate, patient-centered environment
