About The Position

This is a Level III NICU RN position. The hospital is a Children's Hospital and a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center with 181 total staff beds. The role may involve floating between units. Weekend shifts are required, with 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period, and self-scheduling is available. Block schedules are required. The expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:2-4. The facility is open to contracts longer than 13 weeks if a candidate desires. 48 hours are approved for this position.

Requirements

• 2+ years of NICU experience.
• Experience in a Level III NICU is preferred, as the unit is Level IV.

Nice To Haves

• Level III NICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Float between units as needed.
• Work 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period.
• Adhere to block scheduling requirements.
