Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Ability to provide individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care
- Proficiency in the nursing process
- Ability to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice
