About The Position

Join Baystate Health—Western Massachusetts’ only academic medical center and a 4-time Magnet-designated organization. Be part of a highly supportive Neurosciences team caring for complex neurological and neurosurgical patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The unit is a 37-bed Neuro Acute + 9-bed Neuro Intercare unit, Magnet-designated for nursing excellence, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and patient-centered care. This role offers exposure to high-acuity neuroscience cases (stroke, TBI, spine, tumors) and opportunities for career growth within a leading academic health system.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license (or ability to obtain)
• BLS (American Heart Association) required
• ADN required
• 1+ year RN experience preferred
• New Grad RNs encouraged to apply
