This is a CHARGE RN position. The Charge RN BR is included in the regular BR as they will be working charge every shift. The traveler cannot "double dip" and get Charge RN multiplier on top of regular increased charge rate. Must have experience and be comfortable with a 1:6 patient ratio. Patients typically require PCU level of care. Floating is required within scope. No block scheduling is allowed. Available to work mandatory 5 shifts for clinical orientation week (36-40 hours first week). If 1-2 Holidays fall within assignment: Traveler is required to work 1 Eve and 1 Holiday (Does not need to be same holiday). If 3 Holidays fall within the assignment: Traveler is required to work 1 Eve and 2 Holidays (Does not need to be same holiday). 3 call outs result in termination. Notice given 48 hours in advance of shift: Refusal to change may result in forfeiting guaranteed hours for pay period. Notice given 1 week or more in advance of shift: Refusal to change may result in termination. Plan for at least 4 hours to complete modules prior to start date.
