About The Position
This is a contract position for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry at a facility in Cleveland, OH. The role requires the nurse to work night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S., as sponsorship is not available. All listed requirements are non-negotiable.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Must have 18 months permanent MS/Tele experience.
- Permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand.
- AHA or client BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required.
- Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
- One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required.
- Charge RN references accepted.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit.
- Perform ECG rhythm recognition.
- Complete SafeMedicate assessment.
- Obtain NIHSS certification prior to start.
- Comply with COVID-19 and Flu vaccination requirements (medical/religious exemptions only).
