About The Position
17 James Medical Oncology - D/N Only - AYA OFFER. This unit cares for ALL solid tumor cancers throughout the spectrum of their cancer journey; from new diagnosis, through treatment, and also assisting with transition to end of life care. There is a heavy focus on infection prevention protocols and patient falls. Cares for patients that have true med surg issues. The most common diagnoses include all subtypes of breast cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, pancreatic cancer, colon cancer, and esophageal cancer, as well as encounters for antineoplastic chemotherapy.
Requirements
- 2 Years of Experience Required
- BLS
- Telemetry Interpretation
- Telemetry monitoring
- EPIC charting
Nice To Haves
- ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
- ONS Chemo
- PREVIOUS TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
