About The Position
This is a Mother Baby Registered Nurse position requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty. The role involves Family Centered Care and focuses on Postpartum couplet care/Mother Baby. The schedule is Monday-Sunday, 7 PM - 7 AM, with a weekend rotation. Candidates must be willing to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Mother Baby specialty.
- Required AHA BLS certification.
- Required NRP certification.
Nice To Haves
- IV Start experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide Family Centered Care in a Mother Baby unit.
- Perform Postpartum couplet care.
- Administer care to Mother Baby patients.
- Adhere to Northside Holiday Expectations, working 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday.
