About The Position

Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg. This is a Full Time position with Dayshift hours. The role offers a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 2-year commitment. The schedule is 3x12, with rotating weekends. At Centerpoint – Versailles, formerly Bluegrass Community Hospital, the focus is on prioritizing employee well-being to enable exceptional care. As a Med/Surg RN, you will be part of a vital mission to make communities healthier. Centerpoint Health - Versailles is a Critical Access Hospital with a 16-bed Med/Surg unit that also partners with a Swing Bed care program.

Requirements

• Current Kentucky or compact state RN license
• Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire

• One year of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assessing the patient’s condition and nursing care needs to create a specialized plan of care.
• Collaborating with physicians and providing patients and/or family with instruction and education relevant to conditions.
• Shaping exceptional patient journeys every day and leveraging skills to directly impact patient wellbeing.
