About The Position
Serene Healthcare Staffing is seeking experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses (RNs) for flexible per-diem opportunities in Spokane, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs looking to supplement their current schedule, work flexible shifts, or add additional income without committing to a full-time contract.
Requirements
- Active Washington RN license
- Recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
- Current BLS
- Ability to work independently in an acute-care environment
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Additional facility-specific requirements may apply
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients
- Perform assessments
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor changes in patient condition
- Document care accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
