About The Position
This is a Medical-Surgical Telemetry travel nursing position focused on boarding patients in the ED, averaging 40 patients a day while waiting for inpatient beds. Ratios are typically 5:1.
Requirements
- MA (Massachusetts) RN License required
- BLS – AHA required
- ACLS – AHA required
- Must have experience with boarder patients in the ED — please note this on the resume.
- Level 1 trauma experience required
- Epic proficiency required
- Day 1 tele testing required — must pass within 2 attempts during compliance.
Responsibilities
- Board MS Tele patients in the ED, managing approximately 40 patients per day while awaiting inpatient beds.
- Maintain patient ratios of typically 5:1.
