About The Position

This role involves leading bedside care by implementing and adapting personalized care plans that prioritize patient safety and rapid recovery. The nurse will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless, holistic care experience where every specialist aligns with the patient's goals. Responsibilities include monitoring and interpreting patient conditions in real-time, acting as the critical link between the patient and medical staff to trigger timely interventions. Additionally, the nurse will advocate for patients and families by managing the discharge process, ensuring a smooth and confident transition from hospital to home.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
