About The Position
This role focuses on providing patient-centered care leadership, interdisciplinary coordination and advocacy, clinical execution and physician partnership, and discharge planning and empowerment. The nurse will lead individualized care journeys by designing and monitoring plans that prioritize clinical excellence and personal dignity, ensuring interventions meet each patient's unique needs. They will serve as the central communication hub across medical disciplines to ensure a unified care team, while proactively advocating for patient safety through precise assessments and documentation. The nurse will execute complex treatment strategies and life-saving interventions with precision, acting as a high-level partner to physicians in delivering daily clinical support. Additionally, they will lead comprehensive transition planning to empower patients and families, providing the necessary tools and confidence for continued recovery and holistic health after discharge.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
