About The Position

This role involves directing the daily operations of the assigned nursing unit(s) to ensure seamless, continuous patient care. The manager will develop, review, and implement evidence-based policies and procedures to maximize the efficiency and quality of healthcare delivery. Responsibilities include conducting regular staff evaluations, identifying areas for growth, and implementing corrective action plans when necessary. The manager must also ensure the unit strictly adheres to local, state, and federal healthcare regulations, as well as accreditation standards.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
