About The Position
Bristol Glen is a nonprofit retirement community on 74 wooded acres in Sussex County. On our long-term care unit, you'll care for residents. Many of them live here for years, so you get to know them, their families, and their stories. Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN license or multistate (compact) RN license
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehab
Responsibilities
- Assess and track each resident's health during your shift
- Give medications and treatments, and document them on time
- Handle admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Provide hands-on care based on each resident's care plan
- Help build and update care plans with the care team
- Keep families and physicians informed about changes
