About The Position

This role involves leading and empowering the unit team by directing daily workflows, mentoring and developing staff, and fostering a collaborative environment that elevates patient care standards. The manager will optimize patient care delivery by proactively resolving unit-level operational challenges to ensure every patient receives safe, seamless, and high-quality treatment. They will also drive operational excellence and compliance through the development and implementation of unit policies that maintain strict adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards. Additionally, the manager will manage unit resources and budgets strategically to ensure the clinical team has the staffing, equipment, and support required to deliver exceptional healthcare efficiently.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
2+ years of ED experience
