About The Position
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC) for a 13-week contract to provide skilled nursing care for residents with chronic illnesses, rehabilitation needs, and age-related conditions. The RN is responsible for coordinating patient care, administering medications and treatments, supervising support staff, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote resident health, safety, and quality of life. Candidates should be flexible to work both day and evening shifts as needed.
Requirements
- Current RN license required (state-specific as applicable)
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible day and evening shifts
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care
Nice To Haves
- Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Rehabilitation experience preferred
- Experience with wound care, admissions, and care planning preferred
