Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity – Oswego, NY. This is a 13-week contract role where you will play a key leadership role in providing exceptional care while helping guide and support a dedicated clinical team. Requirements
- Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Strong clinical and leadership skills

Responsibilities
- Provide and oversee quality resident care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and state/federal regulations
- Assist with departmental planning and operations
