About The Position
This position requires an active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is preferred. The role also requires current BLS certification and strong skills in clinical assessment, medication administration, wound care, and documentation. Experience with admissions, care planning, and geriatric patient care is preferred. The ability to work 5x8-hour evening shifts and excellent communication, leadership, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills are essential.
