About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) position. This role involves providing direct resident care, including medication administration, resident assessment, and documentation. The position requires the ability to work 12-hour night shifts and requires attendance at a mandatory day-shift orientation/training on 9/4 (9:00 AM–4:00 PM), followed by night-shift shadow and medication pass orientation. Candidates must be available to work a Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night schedule. Preference will be given to those who specify availability for 36 or 48 hours per week at the time of submission. Excellent communication, teamwork, and resident care skills are essential.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification required.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (5:45 PM–6:00 AM).
• Must attend mandatory day-shift orientation/training on 9/4 (9:00 AM–4:00 PM), followed by a night-shift shadow and medication pass orientation.
• Availability to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night schedule.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and resident care skills.

Nice To Haves

• Active Nebraska LPN license preferred; RN candidates will also be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
• Preference for 36 or 48 hours per week must be specified at submission.
