About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialization in Long-Term Care (LTC) to join our team. This position requires a valid RN license and a minimum of two years of experience in an LTC or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care, including clinical assessment, medication administration, and wound care. Successful candidates must possess strong documentation skills and the ability to work 4x12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM–6:30 PM). A background check and drug screen are mandatory prior to starting, with a potential clearance period of 7–10 business days. Housing may be available through the facility. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills are essential.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong clinical assessment skills.
- Strong medication administration skills.
- Strong wound care skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Ability to work 4x12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM–6:30 PM).
- Must successfully complete both the agency and facility-required background check and drug screen prior to starting.
