About The Position
Tryfacta is seeking a Registered Nurse LTC for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract assignment. The work schedule is Mid 5x8-Hour (02:45 - 11:15).
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current and valid RN license in NY- No License hits allowed
- BLS/CPR certified
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety
- Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes to physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation (EMR, MAR, TAR, progress notes)
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and family members
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
