MGA needs high tech night and weekend support for families in Killeen, Belton, Harker Heights, Copperas cove and surrounding areas. Current Texas Registered Nurse License is required. Requirements

Current Texas Nursing License is required.
Active Nursing License in good standing (required)
Attention to Detail
Time Management Skills
Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
Good Organization and Effective Communication
Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide specialized care: Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
Administer medication with expertise: Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Thorough documentation: Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.
Empower patients and families: Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.
